Stages
  1. Establish a company under Cyprus jurisdiction.
  2. Deposit the required registered capital. Note: an investment of € 300 000 + VAT may enable you to obtain Cyprus Permanent Residency on a fast-track basis.
  1. Identify and purchase a promising land plot with upside potential.
  2. Hire an architect (SPM Real Estate can help you find a licensed architect).
  3. Develop a project — it may be a residential property, a business facility or a sought-after mixed use project.
  4. Ensure that the architectural design is coordinated with technical experts.
  5. Get Permits (Planning & Building Permits).
  6. Conduct a tender and select a licensed construction contractor.
  7. Get to work.
  1. Prepare marketing content and advertising campaigns.
  2. Put the project up for sale.
  3. Provide author and technical supervision.
  4. Finalize the construction and finishing work.
  5. Put the project into operation (connection to the electricity network, city water and sewage, etc.).
  6. Sell Project.
  7. Make a profit and reinvest in the following projects.
