Advertised content includes real estate from developers that we promote through our website, as well as other sources of advertising:

We have special rules for the placement of advertised content on our platforms:
- such content must be reliable and must not mislead the client;
- the client's benefit prevails, so we do not support properties where the price tag exceeds their objective value;
- advertising must not mislead or offend anyone in any way;
- marketing materials must comply with the principles of usefulness and feasibility.
We have the discretion to decide on the placement of certain advertised properties on our resources and do not allow any content that can potentially cause harm, has an unreasonably high price, or does not have an objective benefit.
We clearly distinguish between sponsored and non-sponsored content and do not allow overlapping between them.
Sources of funding
We receive funding from advertising real estate developers and providing them with marketing services. At the same time, the client who purchases real estate does not finance our activities in any way. The developer pays for our marketing services by paying a bonus for each successfully completed real estate transaction.
